The UK’s coastline and waterways provide the perfect backdrop for many of Britain’s finest

affords, buyers are prepared to pay a premium – our latest research suggests this can be up

to 34 percent for homes within 100m of the sea and up to 28 percent for properties within

100m of the Thames in London.
