THE SAVILLS ARCHITECTURE PORTFOLIO — 64 63 — THE SAVILLS ARCHITECTURE PORTFOLIO PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT, ABERDEENSHIRE Flood damaged property on the banks of the River Dee This beautiful Category C listed property on the banks of the River Dee suffered extensive damage during the flood of 2015. River water flowed through the building up to 5ft deep, causing damage throughout the ground floor. Beyond repair, the ground floor required a complete strip out. Following a lengthy drying out period the reinstatement works were fully specified, working closely with the contractor and the insurers, and this building was restored to its former glory with some additional works the client had planned.
